You will be responsible for ...

• Lead or assist with audit and review engagements for non-profit organizations.
• Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client operations, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the year.
• Identify engagement risks, resolve issues, and communicate findings to firm leadership.
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and client deliverables.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants and seniors.
• Assist with engagement budgeting, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Participate in business development and networking activities to support practice growth.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

You will need the following based on your experience level ...

Audit Senior

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
• Experience auditing non-profit organizations strongly preferred.

Audit Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with significant non-profit audit experience.
• Active CPA license required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and lead client relationships.

Skills you will need to be successful...

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
• Experience with non-profit financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff while maintaining exceptional client service.
