• Mentor, develop, and elevate audit staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Drive process improvements, technology adoption, and modernization of audit workflows
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, strengthening relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Partner with leadership on business development efforts and growth initiatives
• Play a key role in post-acquisition integration and the continued evolution of the audit practice
• Active CPA license required
• 5–8+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
• Experience with nonprofit, governmental, or HUD-related audit engagements
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and provide technical review oversight
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a modern accounting firm
