Job DescriptionWe are looking for Audit Senior Associates with experience in Commercial Services industry verticals including but not limited to Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will lead engagements and grow relationships.ResponsibilitiesRun client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and administration.Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns and assess staff performance for engagement reviews.Maintain outstanding client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and collaborate with client management at all levels.Work with audit team to identify and resolve client issues during the audit process, encouraging creativity and expertise development.Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software.Engage with key client management to collect information, resolve audit-related problems, and recommend business and process improvements.Qualifications2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.Experience in external audit with clients in Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, or Manufacturing.Strong organization, interpersonal, technical, and accounting skills to work efficiently with clients and staff.Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.Ability to multi‑task across planning, executing, and closing multiple engagements concurrently.Ability to conduct research on technical matters prior to manager review.Meeting the education requirement for CPA certification in the aligned home office state; CPA license in that state is a plus.Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.BenefitsThe wage range for this role is $70,600.00 - $139,800.00 per year.
