The Assurance Practice is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to manage client engagements from planning to completion, including budgeting and supervising audit staff.
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and interns.
- Identify and resolve client issues during audits.
- Understand client operations and analyze accounting and audit issues.
- Recommend process improvements and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in audit planning, meetings, and business development efforts.
- Assist in recruiting and ongoing professional training.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 2-6 years of audit experience, CPA eligibility or exam progress, strong leadership and client service skills, and proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and audit software. The role is hybrid with a salary range of $80,000-$90,000 USD.
