The Role
As an Audit Senior, you will play a hands‑on role in client engagements, leading audits, reviews, and compilations while building lasting client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
- Research and analyze accounting and audit‑related issues
- Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes
- Develop a working understanding of each client's business operations
- Support additional accounting and advisory services as needed
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
