What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and execute nonprofit audits, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap‑up
- Work directly with nonprofit clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
- Prepare and review audit documentation, financial statements, and related reports
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout engagements
- Collaborate closely with partners and managers—no layers of red tape
- Help improve audit processes and contribute ideas in a firm that values input
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 3–6 years of public accounting audit experience
- Nonprofit audit experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting
- Comfortable leading engagements and interacting directly with clients
- Team‑oriented, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred
