Audit Senior Manager

Location: Flexible - multiple locations across Michigan
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience

A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in Michigan is looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead complex assurance engagements. What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships across the firm and encourage teamwork
• Give clients an exceptional, memorable service experience
• Help clients reach their business goals
• Manage large, complex audit engagements from planning through completion
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
• Present findings and recommendations to client executives and boards
• Lead, direct, and constructively challenge engagement teams
• Train, develop, and mentor staff, seniors, and managers
• Develop new client relationships and support business development
• Introduce clients to the firm's other specialty service areas when they would benefit
• Take an active role in your local community

What You Bring

• 8+ years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry
• Active CPA license (required)
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to solving problems
