6 months contract with extensions
Resource will be responsible for auditing SPIF (i.e. Outlet SMI SPIF) (SPIF - Sales Performance Incentive Fund) submissions and preparing approved incentive payouts for processing. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following
- Validation of submission data and supporting documentation
- Verification of billing, reserves, and incentive calculation inputs
- Review performance outliers and perform sample performance manual calculation checks
- Obtain approvals from sales leaders; Approval status from management and audit notes
- Creation of a payroll-load-ready payout file and assist in payout data integrity checks
- Administrative support to audit ~350 annual SPIF submissions, generating ~***M top-line
