• Our client is a leading Top 25 Accounting Firm in the Chicago area. They are hiring at supervisory level for a Benefit Plan Audit Supervisor within their practice.
- Due to growth, this Retirement Plan audit professional will be in a group under the Partner of the Firm.
• They offer a Hybrid schedule, excellent benefits, including 401K match, healthcare, and career advancement

Overview of the Benefit Plan Audit Supervisorrole:
• Participate and lead engagement audit and document review
• 5500 for pension and profit sharing/401k plans
• Audit Supervisor performs compliance testing
• Performs benefit calculation
• Audit Supervisor prepares benefit statement
• Supervise staff on performance
Preferred Qualifications forthe Benefit Plan Audit Supervisor:
• 2+ years’ experience with retirement plan audit
• Bachelors Degree and CPA or track
• Knowledge in Qualified 401k designation or experience with Datair Software is a plus
