Candidates should have a passion for technology. Summary Job Description: Handle, dismantle, repair, and sort desktops and laptops. Harvest and/or replace RAM, Hard Drives, etc. from machines Comfortable with using hands and power tools. Reading, comprehending, and executing work orders. Track/report key metrics on a daily basis. Update an inventory software with the statuses of assets General warehouse maintenance. Provide help with operational tasks and duties as needed. Communication with the team to ensure the team conforms and meets weekly schedule and goals. Keep a clean and organized work station
Specific Job Components: Testing/General labor - Must have a basic understanding of computer parts. Must be able to test certain computer parts to see if they are still working. Detail Oriented - Attention to detail is a must for ensuring high-quality refurbishment. General Required skills: Working knowledge of electricity and electronics. Must have good Attendance The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of computers and general electronic components. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures required. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate processes and findings clearly as well as the desire to work in a team environment. Exemplary problem-solving skills preferred. Working knowledge of office computer software and programs; Windows 10, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs, and Sheets.
