Auditing Clerk (On-site)

Our client is seeking an Auditing Clerk to support financial review and compliance activities within accounts payable operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with an accounting background who is comfortable reviewing transactions, validating data, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

In this position, you will focus on auditing invoices, credit card transactions, and employee expense reports while supporting data analysis and process improvements.

• Review and audit vendor invoices for accuracy and policy compliance
• Process vouchers in the ERP system and ensure proper documentation
• Verify three-way match between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Audit credit card charges and employee expense reports with supporting documentation
• Monitor accounts payable inbox and review submitted items
• Perform data analysis and assist with reporting as needed
• Research discrepancies and historical balances
• Support documentation and improvement of business processes
• Assist with data validation for system transitions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, auditing, or related role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or willingness to learn)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
