Auditing SpecialistIntegrated Resources Inc.Job DescriptionTitle: Self-Directed Personal Care Specialist (SDPC)Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of Extension)Location: Madison WI 53703Description:seeking a Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) Specialist who is responsible for assisting with quality audits, preparing meeting and training materials, helping develop and input data into systems, and assisting with intake referral.This position involves close collaboration with Clinical Services staff and requires critical thinking, a high level of organization and analytical skills and a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications.Essential Functions:Complete internal monthly audits of SDPC (nursing) recordsCreate quarterly reports in relation to audit outcomesMaintain internal database including status updates and clean upProvide assistance with intake of referralsCreate educational and meeting materialsRequirements/Certifications:Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.Be very proficient with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.Must be well organized with attention to detail.Must have ability to multi-task with varied timelines.Must be able to work independently and have strong organization and planning skills.Must be able to meet production goals with high degree of accuracy.Be flexible and be able to adapt to changing business demands.Must be results oriented individual with desire and strong work ethic.Ability to adapt to different healthcare market segments.Must be able to maintain confidential information and use discretion in handling operations.Ability to research, obtain, coordinate, and integrate feedback and directions from diverse operational groups and organizations into a written product.QualificationsMS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
