Responsibilities:

As a HomeTeam Sales Auditor, you can expect to:

• Follow-up on completed sales, to include confirming services sold, answering questions, providing pricing, scheduling service(s) and providing closure for customers
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
• Perform data entry of ongoing service, payments, auto-pay information, discounts, and credits
• Validate technician paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain customer files on computer and in filing system

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work independently
• Computer experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
