    Job Responsibilities

    JOBSUMMARY 

     

    Conductsaudits to assess compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs), contracts and project-specific requirements.Hosts and supports customer audits and regulatory inspections in accordance with QA SOPs and WIs.

    • Writes and issues audit reports, ensuring clear communication of audit findings to the auditees and relevant management. 

    • Reviewsresponsestoauditfindingsforappropriatenessandcompleteness. 

    • Closesassignedaudits. 

     

    CustomerAudits/Inspections 

    • Preparesforand hostsor supportscustomeraudits. 

    • AssistsseniorQApersonnelinhostingorsupportingRegulatoryAuthorityInspections. 

     

     

    Supervision 

    • Normallyreceivesdetailedinstructionsonday-to-dayworkandnewassignments. 

     

    Othertasks 

    • Performsotherwork-relateddutiesasassigned. 

    • Moderatetravelmay be (upto 50%). 

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS(pleaseindicateif‘preferred’) 

    • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in the science/health care field or equivalent with some experience in GCP and GxP quality assurance auditing. 

    • Someknowledgeof GCP and GxPregulatoryrequirements. 

    • KnowledgeofMedicaland technicalterminologyrelatedtothe audittypestobe conducted. 

    • Computer literacy commensurate with job requirements (Microsoft Office suite; basic Sharepointproficiency). 

    • Abletohandlemultipletaskstomeettimelinesinadynamic environment. 

    • Goodorganizational,presentationandinterpersonalskills. 

    • Culturalsensitivitytoalloweffectivecommunicationwithstakeholdersfromdiverseculturalbackgrounds. 

    • Abilitytoprovideconstructive feedback. 

    • Goodcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytowriteconcise,accuratereportsandothernecessary documentation.

    Salary Range:

    $47,000.00 - $79,900.00

    The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
