POSITION SUMMARY
As an Auditor I at TEAM, you are responsible for supporting the review and reporting of data to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. This role is primarily tactical, focusing on day-to-day auditing activities while partnering with internal teams and external clients to support accurate and consistent audit execution. Success in this role requires a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and learning, with a focus on maintaining product and system knowledge while staying informed on company and regulatory policies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs), including basic to intermediate spreadsheet skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel) such as entering, reviewing, filtering, and organizing data to support audit processing and reporting
Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems and technologies, including the ability to navigate platforms efficiently, troubleshoot basic issues, and quickly learn new tools as

Understanding of process-driven work environments and the importance of following established procedures to support accuracy and compliance
Working knowledge of client and regulatory requirements applicable to auditing activities to support accurate processing and overall compliance
Ability to recognize discrepancies or issues in data or workflows and follow established processes to resolve or escalate as appropriate
Ability to apply sound judgment when completing tasks, particularly in situations requiring interpretation of requirements or appropriate escalation within defined processes
Demonstrated technical proficiency; able to leverage systems, data tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and automation platforms, to support audit processing and reporting

Work Environment:
This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
