Auditor In Minooka

Schedule:

1st, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Monday - Friday

Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required after scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Review warehouse processes and facility operations to verify adherence to established procedures and best practices.
• Partner with the Inventory Control team to audit inventory location accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collect, compile, and maintain audit records and performance data.
• Prepare and communicate audit findings, reports, and recommendations to management.
• Analyze audit results to identify quality trends, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support facility management in implementing corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to perform inspections and audits in a warehouse environment.
