Auditor (On-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to support a large Medicaid provider enrollment program. This position is responsible for reviewing provider enrollment and revalidation applications, maintaining provider records, validating documentation, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid enrollment requirements.

• Review provider enrollment and revalidation applications for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure all required documentation is current, valid, and compliant with program requirements
• Navigate federal and state databases including Medicare’s PECOS system and state licensing verification websites
• Contact providers via phone and email to obtain missing information or clarification
• Enter and update provider records within the enrollment system
• Maintain production and quality standards while managing assigned workloads
• Review and validate data for accuracy and consistency
• Process incoming documentation and correspondence related to provider enrollment
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare office, health insurance environment, public sector, or non-profit organization
• Previous experience with data entry and data validation
• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience working with medical provider records, enrollment applications, or healthcare documentation is a plus
