As a Quality Fab Auditor, you are primarily responsible for monitoring adherence to rules and procedures established to ensure product quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Routine auditing of personnel and tooling
Reviewing or updating manufacturing process instructions
Ad hoc specialized training.
Flagging and documenting violations of procedures for management follow-up.
Recommend new or updates to existing procedures.
Help develop and deploy training intended to correct unique problems affecting product quality.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Ability to learn wafer manufacturing processes and logistics
Knowledge of SPC systems, applications, and rules
Knowledge of MITECS or similar Shop floor Control Systems
Ability to extract, summarize, interpret, and present data
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to deliver established curriculum in a classroom setting
Ability to objectively audit and document noncompliance issues for follow up
Must be able to work in a cleanroom
Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team
Every other (Wed) through Sat, 3am to 3pm It will be a CWW schedule
