As a GLOSS Phase Coach, you'll mentor and build meaningful relationships with young ladies in your assigned phase group of 5-8. You'll support their personal and spiritual growth through weekly gatherings, consistent check-ins, and prayer-helping them embrace God's best for their lives. Rooted in Titus 2, this role is a powerful opportunity to guide the next generation of women of God.

Complete Phase Coach training
Lead weekly Butterfly Café sessions
Maintain weekly contact with your phase group
