AUKUS-Non Nuclear Engineering Program Analyst

The Assistant Chief Engineer (ACHENG) will lead efforts to develop non-nuclear engineering capabilities supporting SSN sustainment under the AUKUS program.

• Responsible for defining technical, staffing, training, and organizational needs for I and D level SSN sustainment in support of Virginia and future submarines.
  
• Identify and address capability gaps through collaboration with US and Australian partners, conducting evaluations, reporting findings, and planning solutions.
  
• Report to the AUKUS Chief Engineer, managing non-nuclear engineering requirements across multiple projects, including technical processing and liaising with stakeholders.
  
• Participate in stakeholder engagements, provide updates, and work within a multidisciplinary team, acting as a flexible specialist.
  

• Required skills include a BS in Engineering, 10+ years in SSN non-nuclear sustainment, leadership experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to travel up to 30%. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required.
