ALL WE DO IS AUTISM ASSESSMENTS. AT4K AutismTesting4Kids is determined to reduce the amount of time it takes for children to receive an evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our in-office team includes a Patient Care Concierge, four Autism Assessment Specialists, and two Clinical Psychologists that use the Autism Diagnostic Observable Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2) to evaluate 18-month- to 6-year-old children who are suspected of having ASD.

AT4K is opening clinical practices nationwide to address the extended wait times for children in need of an autism assessment. Overseen by a licensed Clinical Psychologist, our Autism Assessment Specialist will work on a team with an in-office Patient Care Concierge and other specialists to provide high-quality autism evaluations. Autism Assessment Specialists will be responsible for conducting and documenting the in-person, activity-based portion of the ADOS-2 assessment in a playroom atmosphere while the parent is present. This portion of the autism assessment is used to evaluate a child’s communication skills, social interaction, and imaginative uses of materials.

Responsibilities Include:

\n

\n

·        Conduct the activity-based portion of the ADOS-2 assessment

\n

·        Prepare written ADOS-2 reports for review by the Clinical Psychologist

\n

·        Assist the Patient Care Concierge with patient in-take and patient history questionnaires

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Child Development, Education or related field

\n

·        ADOS-2 certification

\n

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to interact with children

\n

·        Strong observational skills and adept at summarizing in a written report

\n

·        Empathetic and compassionate

\n

·        Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

\n

Compensation:

·        Salary: $35/hour
