Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervisory role that oversees the supports of adults with Autism in the community (home, school, work)
  • Clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral support and skill building services for adults living with Autism
  • Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals
  • Conducts in-home assessments and administers psychological tools to assess each individual's specific needs
  • Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning to develop skills within each person supported
  • Monitors and evaluates data towards goal progress

Educational Requirements: (One of the following):

  • Master's degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Master's degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work
  • Master's degree in unrelated field and PA Behavior Specialist License

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans
  • Experience working with individuals living with autism
  • Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
