What You'll Do<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

As an Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you'll provide one -on -one, in -home support to children with autism using evidence -based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Every child has different goals, so every day looks a little different. You'll help children build skills like:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will coach and support you every step of the way.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • High school diploma or equivalent
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Comfortable traveling to client homes
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication skills
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Reliability and consistency
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • A willingness to learn
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      ABA or autism experience is a plus—but not required.<\/b><\/span><\/span>
