    What You’ll Do

    As a School-Based Autistic Emotional Support Facilitator, you will work closely with students, teachers, and school teams to support positive behavior, student engagement, and classroom success.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support during classroom activities
    • Implement behavior support and intervention plans
    • Utilize de-escalation and positive behavior support strategies
    • Collect behavioral and progress-monitoring data
    • Promote a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
    • Support students across classroom, lunch, recess, and transitional settings
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary school teams
    • Encourage student participation, independence, and social-emotional growth

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional support needs, or developmental disabilities required
    • Associate degree or college coursework in education, psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred
    • RBT certification preferred
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and behavioral support skills
    • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
