Auto Adjuster

Kforce has a client in Colorado Springs, CO that is seeking an Auto Adjuster.

Summary: Your work will focus on adjusting non-injury auto claims and you will work under supervision to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low complexity auto insurance claims presented by or against our members. This will include the end-to-end claims process and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. In this role, you will make a difference to our members as you deliver best in class customer service through setting appropriate expectations, proactively communicating and providing advice to deliver appropriate solutions to the member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and apply basic knowledge of auto coverages, physical damage, and liability
• Evaluate and settle high-volume, low-complexity claims (e.g., single vehicle, parked/unoccupied, glass, roadside, rental)
• Resolve claims through proactive problem-solving and decision-making
• Document damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate resolution
• Support members using various communication channels and digital tools
• Learn and apply foundational knowledge of P&C insurance products and procedures
• Participate in CAT response operations
