A Toyota dealer in the Grand Rapids area is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to support the daily operations of our parts department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about automotive parts

 Responsibilities:

• Assist the Parts Manager with daily department operations.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute automotive parts.
• Work with technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with parts sales, pricing, returns, and special orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient parts department.

Requirements:

• Automotive parts experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Computer and inventory management experience preferred.
