Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and accurately assess collision damage
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry‑standard estimating software
• Communicate estimates clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal technicians
• Review repair needs, labor, and parts requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on supplement approvals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications

• Previous auto body estimating experience preferred
• Knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and labor standards
• Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
