Responsibilities
- Prep, mask, and refinish vehicles following collision repairs
- Produce high-quality paint finishes and accurate color matches
- Denib and buff as needed
- Maintain paint booth cleanliness and organization
- Help manage paint workflow to maintain efficiency and cycle times
- Coordinate with body technicians and production staff to ensure quality repairs
- Maintain a professional and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive painter in a collision repair facility
- Strong knowledge of refinish processes, materials, and equipment
- Experience with waterborne paint systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Dependable with strong work habits and communication skills
