Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition.
Inspect vehicles for structural damage and repair as necessary.
Utilize advanced tools and techniques to complete bodywork efficiently.
Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Communicate with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and collision repair techniques.
Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
ASE certification is a plus but not required.
