Auto Broker Software Sales Representative

LeasingStack is a CRM and deal management platform built specifically for independent auto brokers. We give brokerages one place to manage clients, deals, lease and finance quotes, applications, and pipeline, replacing the spreadsheets and text threads most shops run on today.

We are looking for a self-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base across the USA. This is a fully remote, 100% commission based independent contractor role. You will be reaching out to independent auto brokers, presenting the platform, running demos, and closing new subscriptions. Work is primarily remote with occasional in-person check-ins at our Los Angeles office.

This is a commission based role with strong recurring income potential. Every client you bring in keeps paying you as long as they stay on the platform.

Compensation:

Growth plan $299.99/month

• $100 close bonus per new client
• $60/month recurring while client stays active

Pro plan $499.99/month

• $200 close bonus per new client
• $100/month recurring while client stays active

Close 10 clients and that is $1,000 upfront plus $600 every month after. Build a book of 50 active clients and you are earning $3,000 per month recurring before closing anything new.

• Must speak fluent English
• 1+ years in sales, business development, or a customer facing role
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Self motivated and able to work independently on commission
• Basic computer literacy, comfortable using CRM, Zoom, and email daily
• Experience in automotive, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus
• CRM experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with 100% commission, no base salary
