Auto Estimator / Appraiser – Join Our Raynham Collision Team!
Full-Time | $20–$30/hour + Bonuses | Training Provided for the Right Candidate

Are you a motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a high-energy individual to join our Raynham & Whitman collision teams as an Auto Estimator/Appraiser. Whether you’re a licensed MA Appraiser or someone who’s ready to learn—we’ll train the right person with the drive and determination to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who can thrive under pressure in a fast-moving shop
Ability to work with diverse clientele — including retail customers, insurance companies, dealership partners, and fleet accounts
A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking skills
Great communication and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Write accurate estimates using CCC One
Prepare detailed supplements and upload documentation
Communicate with appraisers, adjusters, parts personnel, and technicians to keep repairs moving
Manage multiple repair files and customer interactions efficiently
Ensure excellent service for all types of customers — retail, insurance, dealer, and fleet

Preferred Qualifications:

MA Auto Appraiser License (preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate)
Experience in auto estimating or customer service
Familiarity with CCC One software (a plus)
Bilingual (Portuguese a plus)
Valid Driver’s License required
High school diploma or equivalent

Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays 8a-12p
