Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding their automotive needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, specifications, and financing options of the vehicles on the lot.

Sales Execution: Guide customers through the sales process, helping them choose the right vehicle, and finalize sales agreements.

Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate the capabilities of the vehicles.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential and past customers to increase sales opportunities.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is a plus, but not necessary.

Social Media: Comfortable with using Facebook, Instagram, or your preferred social media.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
