Service Advisor Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle issues.
- Explain necessary repairs and associated costs clearly and concisely.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Prepare accurate service estimates.
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Create exceptional customer experiences that exceed Manufacturer standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Qualifications:
- Prior Service Advisor or Selling Experience required.
- Ford Certifications Preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and various software programs.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
