Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to clean, restore, and prepare vehicles for customers and showroom presentation. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to use professional detailing equipment and techniques. All detailing is performed inside our heated and air-conditioned shop.
Key Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out.
Operate a handheld car wash wand to clean vehicle exteriors.
Use an air blower and other equipment to safely and effectively dry vehicles.
Vacuum and clean carpets, upholstery, dashboards, and other interior surfaces.
Clean windows, wheels, tires, and other vehicle surfaces.
Operate a buffing machine for paint correction and finishing.
Perform paint rejuvenation and other exterior appearance services.
Apply appropriate cleaning, polishing, and detailing products.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and showroom presentation.
Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing area.
Properly care for and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
Assist with moving and positioning vehicles as needed.
Perform other vehicle preparation and detailing duties as requested.
Qualifications
Previous professional auto detailing experience preferred.
Experience operating a buffing machine strongly preferred.
Experience with paint rejuvenation, polishing, or paint correction is a plus.
Ability to operate a handheld car wash wand and air blower.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Comfortable performing physical tasks and remaining on your feet throughout the workday.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Work Environment & Schedule
Work is performed indoors in a heated and air-conditioned shop.
No routine outdoor vehicle cleaning.
