Auto Finisher (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm)

Description

• Performs visual quality control inspection on crowns.
• Sprays layer of glaze on crown before placing in oven to bake.
• Loads Auto Finish machine with sintered crowns.
• Unloads completed crowns from machine and performs a visual quality control inspection to ensure no cracks are present.
• Places completed crown into tooth box with printed barcode.
• Sandblasts inside the crown if white zirconia dust is present.
• Operates staging station to check off completed crowns and combine them with printed models or reduction copings.
•  Maintains cleanliness of machine and work areas.
•  Adheres to quality standard protocol.
•  Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
