Auto Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and complex diagnostic repairs across various makes and models.
• Complete detailed multi-point vehicle inspections and clearly report findings.
• Work independently with confidence while collaborating effectively with the shop team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all shop safety standards.
• Deliver quality workmanship committed to long-term customer satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
• Certifications: ASE Certification required (or strongly preferred with active pursuit of certification).
• Tools: Must own a personal set of hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Skillset: Strong technical aptitude, quick learning ability, and a track record of handling challenging repairs.
• Mindset: Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment.
