We're looking for a skilled and dependable Auto Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

What You'll Do as an Auto Mechanic
As an Auto Mechanic, you'll help ensure our vehicles remain in excellent operating condition while minimizing downtime and maximizing fleet availability.
Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and electrical system concerns
- Complete preventative maintenance services according to company schedules
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify repair needs before they become major issues
- Test-drive vehicles as needed to verify repairs and performance
Fleet Maintenance & Support
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet company and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
- Work closely with operations teams to prioritize vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules
- Help reduce vehicle downtime through timely and efficient repair work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support overall fleet readiness and reliability

What We're Looking for as an Auto Mechanic:
- Previous experience as an Auto Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, Fleet Mechanic, or similar role
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Experience with preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
