Auto Sales

Audi Albany, BMW of South Albany and Northway Toyota are seeking experienced individuals for new and used car sales, serving both internet and walk-in prospects. You will spend time with customers to determine their needs and wants and discuss options for their vehicle purchase.

Sales employees are paid an hourly rate for hours worked. $16.00 per hour plus weekly commissions. Can make $80,000 to $100,000 or more per year since commissions aren't capped. Commissions are paid weekly!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Negotiate pricing and complete vehicle sales in accordance with dealership policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience in a dealership is required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history, and 3 years of driving experience
• Must be self-motivated and customer-oriented.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Timely and consistent attendance
• Flexible availability
• Ability to use the internet to retrieve, interact with, and follow up on prospects
• Must complete the manufacturer's product training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
