YourMission

Create opportunities, build relationships, and guide customers through the vehicle buying process

with honesty, confidence, and professionalism. Success is measured by building customers for

life, not simply selling one vehicle.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to new leads.

• Follow up consistently with customers.

• Generate referrals and new business.

• Prospect through calls, texts, social media, community outreach, and networking.

• Help customers choose the right vehicle and financing solution.

• Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale.

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.

• Work closely with sales, finance, service, and office teams.

• Continue improving through coaching and training.

Schedule

• Five-day workweek, including Saturdays

• Dealership hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, Closed Sunday

• Specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the interview

• Occasional extended hours may be needed to serve customers
