Responsibilities: • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence • Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership • Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics • Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience Qualifications: • Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory • Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships' processes, financing options, and sales management • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary Compensation: $36,000 - $74,000 yearly
