Service Business Development Coordinator
Location: Vara Chevrolet (IH-35 South, San Antonio TX 78224)
Schedule: Full-Time | 5-day work week with alternating Saturdays | Closed Sundays
About the Role
Vara Chevrolet is growing, and we are looking for a Service Business Development Coordinator to be the welcoming voice of our service department. If you have a positive, "can-do" attitude and love helping people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely status updates.
Inquiry Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across BDC tools, automated systems, and email.
Outbound Outreach: Contact past and current customers regarding factory recalls and recommended maintenance.
Service Follow-Ups: Re-engage customers who previously declined services, recalls, or special-order parts.
Administrative Support: Create internal repair orders and manage loaner vehicle services.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Experience: At least one prior role in customer service.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong reliability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and a positive attitude.
- Spanish speaker is preferred
- Dealership experience is preferred
