Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery

- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling needed work, and customer retention initiatives

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team to achieve departmental goals

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships

- Manage service department metrics, including productivity, profitability, and customer feedback

- Collaborate with parts and sales teams to optimize overall dealership performance

- Maintain compliance, company policies, and manufacturer requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in an automotive service environment

- Knowledge of CDK service management systems is advantageous

- Proven ability to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Focused on achieving results and continuous improvement
