Auto Shop Helper

Our client, an automotive service provider, is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to join their team. As an Auto Shop Helper, you will be part of the service department supporting the mechanics and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and mechanical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Auto Shop Helper

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist with assigned projects in auto repair and maintenance
• Perform cleanup and organization of work areas
• Support on-the-job training for new techniques and procedures
• Sand, buff, and work on bumpers and other vehicle parts
• Support mechanical tasks under supervision

What's Needed?

• Training provided, familiarity with autobody
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in auto repair
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
