Duties
Auto Teacher beginning the 2026-2027 school year at the High School and at our state of the art Career Center. SCI( South Central Illinois Regional Workforce Training and Innovation Center.
Qualifications
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an Auto/Automotive Mechanic/Technician Endorsement.
ASE accreditation preferred, not required.
Candidates with significant industry experience in automotive technology are encouraged to apply. The district will consider qualified industry professionals through provisional educator licensure pathways. Support will be provided to help candidates obtain the required Illinois Professional Educator License
