What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance and vehicle inspections
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivability repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow shop procedures and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with a professional, team-oriented staff

Compensation

B-Level Technician

• $30/hour Flat Rate
• Earning potential up to $83,000/year

A-Level Technician

• $40/hour Flat Rate
• Earning potential up to $104,000/year

Experienced Master Technicians may earn even more based on experience and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

ASE Certifications are a plus—and we'll help you earn more through paid training and certification reimbursement.
