Job Duties:
- Diagnose & repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning etc. to specifications. Will provide labor & time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Explain mechanical diagnostics & required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors & customers.
- Inspect & test new vehicles & record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a technical/vocational/HS diploma.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven automotive repair experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license w/ a positive driving record.
- Must be able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Must possess all the skills of a master technician.
