We are looking for tech-savvy Automotive Technicians to join our team, with an immediate priority for our Tropper PA location. We need experienced techs who are as comfortable with a laptop as they are with a lift. Must speak and understand English fluently. This role requires rotating Saturday shifts as part of the regular work schedule.
Key Skills Preferred but not required
EV Experience: Above basic knowledge of Electric Vehicle systems and high-voltage safety.
Software Literacy: Expert-level use of diagnostic software and digital shop management tools.
Industry Background: Proven professional experience in a fast-paced shop.
Certifications:ASE Certification is a strong plus.
Emission and Safety Licenses
OEM training or brand‐specific certifications are a plus
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Execute software updates and module programming.
Maintain EV drivetrains and traditional.
