Position Summary:
As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and import vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and helping create an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, HVAC, and engine performance concerns.
- Complete maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments, fluid services, and factory-scheduled maintenance.
- Utilize digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to document findings and recommendations.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs and vehicle conditions.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
- Verify repairs through proper testing and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on domestic and import vehicles.
- Ability to use scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Pay:
- $60,000–$100,000+ annually based on experience, certifications, and productivity.
Experience:
- 3+ Years Automotive Repair Experience Preferred
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- ASE Certification (Preferred).
- State inspection license (Preferred).
