We’re looking for an AutoCAD Production Architect to support Single Family Residential projects for a U.S.-based architecture studio.     What you’ll do:

    • Support Single Family Residential projects from Conceptual Design through full Construction Documents.

    • Develop complete, coordinated, and permit-ready drawing sets in AutoCAD.

    • Produce high-quality floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed residential documentation.

    • Pick up and implement redlines accurately across SD, DD, and CD phases.

    • Assist with exterior renderings, watercolor sketches, walkthroughs, and 3D modeling during Design Development.

    • Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.

    • Develop Construction Document sets for presentation to General Contractors.

    • Translate design intent into clean, organized, and technically sound drawings.

    • Collaborate closely with the firm principal to support multiple ongoing residential projects.

    • Ensure all documentation meets U.S. residential drafting standards and production workflows.

    What you must have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

    • 3+ years of professional experience.

    • Proven U.S. experience in Single Family Residential projects.

    • Advanced English level.

    • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.

    • Strong experience developing full Construction Document sets.

    • Experience working across SD, DD, and CD phases.

    • Ability to pick up redlines and produce coordinated, high-quality drawing sets.

    • Strong attention to detail and production-focused mindset.

    • Ability to follow U.S. permitting and documentation standards.
