We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our team in Boulder, Colorado.This position is ideal for a technically strong architectural designer/drafter with extensive experience producing construction documents, coordinating consultants, and managing projects from conceptual design through completion. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in AutoCAD, knowledgeable in elevations, schedules, code and permitting, and comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously.This is a fully in-office position in Boulder, CO. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural designs and construction documentation for residential and commercial projectsPrepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and permit-ready drawing sets using AutoCADCoordinate with other team members and subcontractors throughout the design-build processManage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communicationsReview drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, constructability, and code complianceConduct site visits, field measurements, construction observations, and project walkthroughsQualificationsDegree in Architecture or a related field required3+ years of experience AutoCAD + construction documentsExperience working in residential architecture, architectural drafting, or design-build environmentsStrong knowledge of CO building codes and permitting processes, schedules, and elevationsExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with Google Workspace and standard office softwareMust have reliable transportation and personal laptopComfortable working in a dog-friendly office environmentMust be available to work full-time in our Boulder officeCompensation$70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesCareer advancement within a growing luxury design-build firmScheduleMonday–Friday10:00 AM – 7:00 PMImportant: This position focuses on architectural design, drafting, construction documentation, and project coordination.
